I recently came across a new podcast(new to me at least) to listen to while I run. I have found listening to something like an audiobook or podcast makes a run so much easier. Music is good and all, but I tend to zone out and not really listen to it and begin to focus on the running. When I listen to a podcast or audiobook, however, I have to tune in and focus on what is being said at all times or I end up not understanding what’s going on. Before I know it, all this focus causes me to totally forgetting about the pain I’m putting my body through and the run is over. Try it out.
Anyways, the podcast is called “Invisiblia”. I’m not going to give you any more info on it other than that if you’re a fan of “Serial”, it is the same narrator and is just as good. Different than “Serial”, but very good.
