So today my mom and I have started a 10-day no sugar, refined carbs, or processed foods challenge. Throughout the past year I have realized that while I eat “healthy” 90% of the time, am in great physical shape, and do not need to lose weight, I have major issues with cravings and energy levels. After watching Fed Up I though why not try it? I will be blogging each day about the successes and challenges we encounter so follow along and join us if you’d like!
